Owner Operators - Solo / Team / Lease Purchase Drivers

* Minimum age 21 years old

* Must have 6 months OTR experience in the past 3 years

* No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years

* No more than 2 minor accidents in the last 3 years

* No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years

* No felony convictions in the past 10 years

U S Xpress Offers

* Average 2500 - 2900 miles per week

* Newer fleet - average 15 months old - Volvo, Peterbilt, and Freightliner

* All auto shift transmissions

* SideTracker Camera System

* Mobile Max in cab email

* Pets allowed - $500 deposit

* Paid Orientation - $58 per day - $174 total (3 days)

* Insurance starts after 60 days of employment

* 98% No Touch, 70% drop and hook

* Detention pay $12.50 per hour after 2 hours

* Extra stop pay - $20 for 1st, $35 for 2nd, $50 for all additional stops

* Rider Program - $25 per month
