Owner Operators - Solo / Team
Owner Operators - Solo / Team
* Minimum age 21 years old
* Must have 6 months of OTR experience
* No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, no majors in last year
* No more than 2 minor accidents in the last 3 years, No DOT accidents
* No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
* No felony convictions in the past 7 years
* Must have 6 months of OTR experience

Transport America Offers
* Solo drivers average 2500 - 3000+ miles per week
* Newer fleet - 3 years or newer - Freightliner
* All 10 speed transmissions
* $150 Orientation Pay, pay for 3 meals per day in orientation
* Vacation pay is calculated at average pay for the past 12 months
* Insurance available 1st day of employment
* 90% No Touch
* Detention pay - $16 per hour after 3 hours
* Extra stop pay - $20
* 4cpm extra for Hazmat Loads
* Layover pay - $75 after 24 hours
* NYC pay - $100 extra
* Paid weekly - direct deposit, check, or comdata
* Newer fleet - 3 years or newer - Freightliner
* All 10 speed transmissions
