* Minimum age 23 years old
* Must have 1 year of OTR experience in the past 3 years
* No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
* No more than 1 DOT accident in the last 3 years
* No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
* No felony convictions in the past 5 years
* Must have 1 year of OTR experience in the past 3 years
