Owner Operators - Solo / Team
Owner Operators - Solo / Team
* Minimum age 23 years old
* Must have 6 months of OTR experience in the past 12 months
* No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, no majors in last year
* No more than 2 minor accidents in the last 3 years, No DOT accidents
* No DUI/DWI / Reckless / Careless convictions in the past 5 years
* No felony convictions in the past 10 years
* Must have 6 months of OTR experience in the past 12 months
* No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, no majors in last year
* No more than 2 minor accidents in the last 3 years, No DOT accidents
* No DUI/DWI / Reckless / Careless convictions in the past 5 years
* No felony convictions in the past 10 years

* Solo drivers average 2300+ miles per week
* Newer fleet - 3 years or newer - Freightliner, and Volvo tractors
* All 10 speed or Super 10 speed transmissions
* $100 Orientation Pay, pay for 3 meals per day in orientation
* 99% No Touch
* 70% Drop and Hook
* Detention pay - $12 per hour after 2 hours
* Extra stop pay - $15
* Layover pay - $50 after 24 hours
* Vacation after 12 months
* Insurance - Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short & Long Term Disability
* Rider Policy
* Paid weekly - direct deposit, check, or comdata
* Newer fleet - 3 years or newer - Freightliner, and Volvo tractors
