* Minimum age 23 years old
* Must have 2 years of OTR experience
* No excessive speeding tickets in the past 5 years
* No more than 3 moving violations in the last 5 years, 2 in the last year
* No more than 2 accidents in the last 5 years, 1 in the last year
* No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
* Felony convictions must be 10+ years old
* Must have 2 years of OTR experience
