* Minimum age 22 years old
* Must have 9 months of recent OTR experience
* No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
* No more than 1 accident in the past 6 months / 2 in the last 3 years
* No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years
* No felony convictions in the past 10 years

* Owner Operator / Lease Pay - $.90cpm + Fuel Surcharge on all miles * Detention Pay - $36 per hour after 4 hours
* Paid permits, and tolls; Plates are paid after 1st year * Discounts on Fuel, and Tires
* Extra Stop Pay - 1st - $50, 2nd - $75, 3rd - $125 * Tractors more than 3 years old must pass DOT Inspection every 3 months
